Roles & Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Intern at Tata Digital, you will:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including collecting paperwork, verifying references, and updating internal systems.
- Write job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and manage the scheduling process.
- Help implement programs and policies that foster a positive work environment.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefits, policies, and HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Track and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Create dashboards and prepare status reports.
- Support vendor management tasks, such as tracking contracts and processing vendor invoices using SAP.
- Gain hands-on experience in key HR functions, including employee relations, data management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn various HR processes.
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
