Roles & Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Intern at Tata Digital, you will:

  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including collecting paperwork, verifying references, and updating internal systems.
  • Write job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and manage the scheduling process.
  • Help implement programs and policies that foster a positive work environment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding benefits, policies, and HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Track and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Create dashboards and prepare status reports.
  • Support vendor management tasks, such as tracking contracts and processing vendor invoices using SAP.
  • Gain hands-on experience in key HR functions, including employee relations, data management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn various HR processes.
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
