SASSA Hiring Grant Administrator Positions

- Salary: R 216,417 – R 254,928 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Skills: Proficiency in computer literacy is mandatory.
Additional Advantageous Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Grants Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Social Grants Administration:
Supporting the administration of social grants at the local office level, including processing applications and providing customer service. - Customer Care Services:
Assisting grant applicants, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service. - Application Screening and Processing:
Screening and processing grant applications, including conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Support for Medical and Payment Processes:
Assisting with processing medical-related information, managing beneficiary details, and overseeing payment workflows. - Compliance with PFMA:
Ensuring adherence to Section 57 of the PFMA focuses on financial management responsibilities within public institutions.
